Order Processing & Delivery Times
Under normal circumstances, your order is processed right away and shipped the following business day.
At this time, due to the increased order volume during our sale, both processing and delivery may take slightly longer than usual. Processing may require an additional 1 to 3 business days, and current delivery times are estimated between 5 and 12 business days.
We sincerely appreciate your patience. Our team works hard to ensure every order is prepared with care and attention.

Shipping Address
Accuracy of the shipping address
Please make sure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.
Changes to the shipping address
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours at support@lauramichael-charleston.com. We will make every effort to assist, but changes may not be possible if your order has already been processed or shipped.
Possible Delays
Delays may occasionally occur due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances. While we always strive for prompt delivery, any delay is handled with the highest priority. Please rest assured that we work continuously to minimize any inconvenience.
Order Cancellation
Orders are processed automatically and often shipped shortly after confirmation. For this reason, cancellation is only possible if your order has not yet been processed.
If you wish to cancel, please email us as soon as possible at support@lauramichael-charleston.com with your order number. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may still return the item within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our return policy.

Home Delivery Refused / Undeliverable Post Office
If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, if delivery is refused at the door, or if the parcel is not collected from the post office within the required timeframe, it will be automatically returned to the sender. In such cases, a $15 handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
